 Cocktail Attire, cowboy boots optional. The ceremony will be outdoors, ladies please wear lawn appropriate shoes. Breckenridge summers consist of warm days and crisp clear evenings. We recommend bringing a layer to ensure you're comfortable.

 Shuttles will run from 3:10p until 4:10p, departing approximately every 15 minutes from Mountain Thunder Lodge. Please plan to arrive for the ceremony by 4:15p latest. Travel time from Mountain Thunder to the Nordic Center is 5-10 minutes.
For those staying at other resorts, we will confirm shuttle pickups, please let us know where you are staying.

 Parking is ample at the Nordic Center, but we strongly encourage using shuttle transportation.

 The ceremony and reception are adult only. We are working to coordinate trusted child care resources. Please email us details on your needs, and we can help arrange.

Additional Fees

  • All properties except DoubleTree: In addition to the guest room rates above, there will be a taxable daily resort fee of $25.00 per room per night, ($35.00 per room, per night for One Ski Hill Place) which includes business center use, local phone calls, local newspaper, in room water and other services & amenities.
  • DoubleTree only: In addition to the rates above, there will be a taxable daily resort fee of $20.00 per room per night, which includes valet and/or self parking, and in-room wireless internet. Internet in lobby and business center, local phone calls, in room coffee, business center use, fitness center use, in town transportation and other services & amenities are complimentary.
  • Tax not included in rates above.

Lodging Cancellation

  • All properties except DoubleTree: A deposit is refundable, less a $30 processing fee, if the Resort receives notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Individual cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of deposit.
  • DoubleTree only: If guest cancels outside of 72 hours deposit will be refunded. Guest cancellation inside of 72 hours of arrival will result in full forfeiture of all monies received.

Other Accommodations

  • For home rentals in Breckenridge, we recommend VRBO, HomeAway, or AirBnB to research availability, pricing, and occupancy.

 Travel

For those of you who are traveling from out-of-town, we are so grateful that you are making the trip to Breckenridge for our wedding celebration!

By Plane

  • Denver International Airport: Denver airport serves all domestic and international cities. We recommend using flight search engines like Kayak to find the best price.
  • Breckenridge is approximately a 2-hour drive from Denver Airport (with no traffic). There are a multitude of options for car rentals at the airport. Please see below for shuttle bus transportation information.

By Automobile via DIA

  • From I-70 W.
  • Take the CO-9 S exit, EXIT 203, toward Frisco/Breckenridge.
  • Enter the CO-9/Highway 9 roundabout.
  • Stay straight to go onto CO-9/Highway 9. Continue to follow CO-9. (9.7 mi)
  • Turn slight right onto N Park Ave/CO-9. Continue to follow N Park Ave. (0.7 mi)
  • Turn right onto Ski Hill Rd. (1.1 mi)

Shuttle Bus Transportation to/from Denver International Airport (DIA)

  • Colorado Mountain Express (CME) offers guests the “Wedding Group Rate” of $57.00 per person, each way on a shared ride service to and from Denver International airport. This group rate can be booked when booking lodging reservations through the Breckenridge Hospitality Reservations Department (full details under “Accommodations”).

Local Breckenridge Shuttle System

  • Complimentary on-call shuttles (not pre-arranged) are available to all guests staying with Breckenridge Hospitality, on a first come first serve basis. Shuttle availability, routes and hours of operation vary according to property and season. Shuttles operate only within Breckenridge town limits. Hospitality shuttles do not travel to Dry Gulch.
